3 Document Storage & Confidentiality

Your uploaded documents are stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard access controls to ensure that only you and the Recipients you explicitly authorize can access your documents. Our staff do not access or read your documents except:

• When required to investigate a reported security incident or abuse complaint.
• When compelled by a valid legal order or government authority.
• When necessary to troubleshoot a technical issue at your explicit request.

Password-protected documents are secured with the password you set. We do not store document passwords in plain text.

4 Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements.

InfoClip is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
